- Companies/startups using Nailit to hire talent
- Recruiters partnered with our network
- Candidates evaluated, referred, or interviewed through Nailit
- Users visiting our website or interacting with our AI tools
1. Information We Collect
A. Business & Account Information
- Company name, role, email, and contact details
- Hiring requirements and job descriptions
- Recruiter profile information (experience, domains, payouts, KYC)
B. Candidate Information
Only when submitted by candidates or recruiters, or provided with consent:
- Name, email, phone, resume/CV
- Skills, experience, work history
- Interview recordings, notes, assessments, and AI-generated evaluation reports
- Documents voluntarily uploaded by candidates
C. Platform & Usage Data
- IP address, device details, geolocation (approximate), browser type
- Pages viewed, interactions, timestamps
- Interview responses (voice, text), application flow behaviour
- Activity logs for compliance & fraud-prevention
- Aggregated demographic and device-level analytics (via Google Signals, if available)
D. Payment Information (Recruiters Only)
Handled by third-party payment processors. Nailit does not store full payment card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Operate and improve our AI-powered hiring, sourcing, and recruiter network services
- Evaluate and shortlist candidates for open roles
- Generate AI-based interview insights, assessments, and matching scores
- Verify recruiter identity, eligibility, and payout details
- Communicate operational updates, interview outcomes, and account notifications
- Prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse
- Improve platform performance, analytics, and service delivery
We do not use candidate data for advertising purposes.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data.
We may share limited data with:
- Partner recruiters (only relevant candidate/job information)
- Hiring companies (only information needed for their open roles)
- Service providers (analytics, cloud hosting, communication tools)
- Payment processors (for recruiter payouts)
All partners and service providers are bound by confidentiality and data-processing agreements.
We do not share candidate data with unauthorized third parties.
4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for:
- Essential platform functionality
- Analytics and performance measurement
- Fraud prevention
- Optional advertising insights (limited, aggregated; via Google Analytics Advertising Features)
