Welcome to Nailit. These Terms govern your use of our platform, which connects global companies with vetted Indian recruiters and AI-driven hiring tools.
By accessing or using Nailit, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Nailit provides:
- AI-powered candidate sourcing, screening, and evaluation
- Access to a network of verified Indian recruiters
- Tools for scheduling and managing interviews
- AI-generated assessments and matching reports
- Recruiter workflows and payout processes
Nailit is not an employer of the candidates. We act as a technology and facilitation platform.
2. Business Use Only
Our platform is designed for:
- Companies hiring talent
- Recruiters participating in our network
- Candidates applying to roles through the network
Unauthorized commercial use, scraping, or redistribution of platform content or profiles is prohibited.
3. Account Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Notify us of unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
4. Recruiter Network Terms
Recruiters using Nailit agree that:
- All candidate submissions must be genuine and sourced ethically
- Duplicate or misrepresented profiles may lead to removal
- Payouts depend on the hiring company's confirmation and satisfaction
- All communication remains confidential
- AI tools and assessments must not be misused or manipulated
Recruiters may be required to complete KYC verification for payouts.
5. Company (Client) Hiring Terms
Companies agree:
- To review candidates in good faith
- To pay agreed service fees or commissions (where applicable)
- Not to circumvent the platform or engage candidates off-platform to avoid fees
- To maintain confidentiality of candidate data and assessments
Any fee-avoidance or circumvention results in full service fees being due.
6. Payments & Refunds
For Companies
Where service fees or subscription fees apply:
- Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers
- Service fees are non-refundable once candidate work has begun or profiles have been shared
For Recruiters
- Payouts are processed after candidate placement confirmation
- Nailit is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers
- Disputes regarding payouts must be raised within 30 days
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content, AI workflows, assessments, and software are the property of Nailit.
You may not:
- Copy, reverse engineer, or distribute AI evaluation outputs
- Use assessments outside the scope of hiring
Companies own their job data; recruiters own their sourced profiles; Nailit owns all tools, infrastructure, and AI outputs.
8. AI Tools & Limitations
Nailit provides AI-driven insights and evaluations. These are decision-support tools and not guaranteed indicators of future employee performance.
You agree not to treat AI assessments as the sole basis for hiring decisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nailit is not liable for:
- Hiring outcomes
- Candidate or recruiter behavior
- Loss of business opportunities
- Delays caused by third-party tools or integrations
Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid to Nailit in the preceding 3 months.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Misuse of the platform
- Non-payment
- Fraud, unethical sourcing, or circumvention
Clients and recruiters may delete their accounts anytime by contacting support.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
