4. Subscription & Payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns

  • Access to premium content requires an active subscription.
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
  • Nailit is not responsible for payment issues arising from third-party services.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refund requests are accepted only within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Refunds are only eligible if no premium content has been accessed.
  • If any premium content (e.g., paid questions, interview challenges, or premium resources) has been accessed, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
